Return and Exchange
To reject the item(s) or to return the item(s) of proper quality, you can contact our managers and follow the instructions you receive. As an alternative, you can send us a written request at: email@example.com
To minimize the risks of possible fraudulent actions in the course of returning the merchandise, Vavilon company may, prior to refunding, get in touch with the customer to establish the circumstances of the transfer of the returned goods
Our merchandise must be returned while new, unused, in a perfect condition, and complete with all protective materials, such as tags and labels attached to the merchandise (if applicable) including all of its components and accompanying documents. We have a right to reject any returned item, if it bears signs of wear or of it was used or modified in any way as compared to the original condition.
If you received any complimentary items as a part of your order, such items must be returned together with the merchandise.
If the items fail to meet the quality control standards, we will refuse to refund you and the merchandise will be sent back to you. If the returned items meet the quality control standards, we will proceed with the refund or merchandise exchange.
The orders for the merchandise that was personalized in any way or otherwise created in line with your directions – that is, the merchandise that has specific individual properties – may not be cancelled and such merchandise may not be returned to us for exchange or refund. These conditions also apply to the engraved items.
If the returned merchandise complies with these Sale Terms we will refund the purchase price, using the same means of payment the customer has employed by merchandise payment.
If you discover any manufacturing defects in the merchandise, you must inform the company managers and follow the subsequent recommendations.
The following free-of-charge options will be offered to you:
- Brand box and packaging.
All orders will be dispatched together with a brand box and a shopping bag (if applicable).
- Engraving (if applicable)
The engraving options may be available for certain merchandise.
If you would like an engraving to be made on the item you are purchasing, please tell the details to the manager.
The orders for personalized items may not be cancelled. The personalized merchandise may not be returned for an exchange or a refund.
